With a passion for vegetables and vegetarian food, Elena will guide you in creating delicious sauces, enriched with tomato and basil, her favorite ingredients! End the experience with a typical dessert, such as tiramisu, an apple pie or an amaretto semifreddo, reviving grandmother's recipes. At the end you will enjoy all the dishes prepared with a glass of good local wine. An unmissable opportunity for those who love good food.

All materials and equipment necessary for the course will be provided
Love of food and imagination are the key ingredients of this cooking class, as well as flour and eggs. We will prepare fresh homemade pasta together, cook sauces to season it, create a delicious traditional dessert and then .... taste everything with a glass of good local wine! We will prepare the classic tagliatelle and spaghetti alla chitarra that we will dress with a sauce of seasonal vegetables, pesto or cheese. For dessert you can choose whether to prepare tiramisu or semifreddo with amaretto. All equipment and materials will be provided. Allergies or food intolerances will be considered.
