A land rich in natural wonders and sites so ancient, that by comparison, the Crusader forts guarding the old trade routes are considered recent additions. Moses is said to have led his people through the parched Jordanian deserts. Alexander the Great paved the way for Hellenistic cities and culture, while the Natabeans carved grandiose buildings, temples and tombs out of the red Petra sandstone. Later still, Jordan became an important trading center of the Roman Empire and lavish backdrop for some of history’s most enthralling tales. Remarkably, the landscape has changed little in the last 2,000 years.

The experience was excellent. The Jordanian people are very welcoming, just like our contact Massimo and our guide Giuseppe. Excellent organization; we felt rocked and safe throughout the trip. I would recommend it to anyone. The visit to Petra is captivating and exciting, with its treasure. Wadi Rum leaves you speechless with its mountains, dunes, and that red sand, a fantastic Martian landscape! Amman is truly beautiful. On our free day, we visited it under the guidance of Giuseppe, who accompanied us throughout the tour! An excellent and friendly person who never bores you with explanations, sharing particular anecdotes related to the history of this magnificent country. Wandering through the main streets of Amman and experiencing the daily life of the Jordanian people is priceless. We ate at a restaurant where we tried the Hummus sauce and the famous chickpea balls, the Falafel. Then we had Knafeh, a typical Arab dessert made with goat cheese, phyllo pastry, and sweet syrup, and right after we enjoyed Booza, a typical Arab ice cream. The hotel facilities were all of excellent quality in terms of cleanliness and food quality. The only issue we encountered was in the tent at Wadi Rum Al Sultana; the air conditioning did not work very well. Additionally, we did not have sufficient light insulation to fully enjoy the starry sky, which is one of the most advertised features of the desert. In this regard, I would suggest organizing jeep outings with the Bedouins in the evening, perhaps after dinner, in the heart of the desert, to best enjoy the view of the starry sky, away from light sources. The experience at the Dead Sea was wonderful, where it was possible to experience the sensation of floating in the water and enjoy the treatment with local mud. Finally, I can say that this trip moved me, especially because I had the opportunity to closely witness the kindness of a people who are brothers to those who are unfortunately suffering the pains of an unjust war. The fear of coming here was present due to the ongoing conflict between Iran and Israel, but I can assure you: Jordan is safe, peaceful, and wonderful, despite its geographical position being a disadvantage. The economy of this state is primarily based on tourism, and this war is not helping it! Come to Jordan; it is truly worth it!

Beautiful tour of Jordan, from north to south; the person who guided us prepared and very nice. We did Amman, Mount Nebo, Madaba, Ajlun, Jerash, Little Petra, Petra, Wadi Rum, mud bath in the Dead Sea and return to Amman. Super quiet and spectacular places (biblical scenery and Jordanian desert location of many movies). We tasted typical dishes with chicken, mutton and lamb. And hummus. Holiday TOP.

Wonderful country the people are beautiful, welcoming, helpful and very hospitable really we felt like home from the first moment we arrived at the airport. Arrived at the hotel we met Massimo who gave us useful instructions tips to visit his beautiful country. Even though he wasn't with on the trip, he would text us and call us to see how it was going, if we needed anything if everything was okay. We were there at a time that is not really the happiest not only for the Middle East, but also for the rest of the world and despite many tips from friends and relatives to make us give up, we went anyway and fortunately, everything went well. We hope that everything will pass quickly and that people will resume visiting Jordan, because it is an unforgettable experience. We had two exceptional drivers and a guide who accompanied us throughout the journey and made us feel always protected and safe. He always gave us the explanations answered and detailed. A very quiet and helpful person, funny and very kind. Penultimate day we asked to slightly change the schedule of our trip and they did everything possible to accommodate us. Our driver was helpful until the last moment, took us around in several shops because we wanted to finish shopping before leaving without ever showing a minimum of hassle. However we will always have a beautiful memory and we hope to return soon to visit a wonderful country, the beautiful, dignified, respectful and kind people, exceptional food and a magical place. Thank you Jordan ❤️
