  I booked a day trip with my girlfriend through Just IN Time Adventures, where our hosts, Norm and Isabel, warmly welcomed us onto this memorable journey that took us to the Jack Daniel's and Uncle Nearest distilleries. We explored the rich history of both distilleries and enjoyed tastings that enhanced our appreciation for their spirits. The tours were conducted by passionate and knowledgeable guides who shared valuable insights into the icons that shaped Tennessee's whiskey history. Overall, this trip provided a wonderful blend of education, great company, and excellent whiskey. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a unique whiskey experience. Norm and Isabel truly made our day special!

  I cannot recommend this tour enough! Our tour guide, Norm, was so insightful, friendly and accommodating throughout the entire time. He went above and beyond to have such a memorable experience. This was for my husband's 50th birthday and this tour was well worth our short trip to Tennessee.

  We traveled from California to tour the Jack Daniel’s Distillery. We were met by Norman and Isabell. They picked us up On Time and welcomed us into a very nice shuttle van. We were impressed with the shuttle, as it has comfortable leather seats. Norman and Isabel were friendly, courteous, and professional. We were treated like royalty. They do an excellent job of keeping track of their customers so you don’t have to worry about getting left behind. This tour with them is highly RECOMMENDED.

  I really enjoyed the tour to Jack Daniel and Uncle Nearest Distillery. The tour guides who are husband and wife were awesome. They are very knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and kind.

  Awesome tour, the hosts were the best ever, a lot of knoledge on the subject. We felt secure on the road at all times. We had personal guidance all the time. I do really recomend this tour.

  This tour was excellent!!! Very highly recommended!!! Very personable and so much better than being in a large group. The video and verbal information that was given was wonderful and had a lot of insight into Jack Daniels and more!!! Enjoyed walking around Lynchburg, getting coffee and stopping at the Micro Distillery. Insight into the link between JD & Uncle Nearest was interesting. The tasting, bar & restaurant at UN was great . We didn’t feel rushed & enjoyed getting to know our hosts & fellow tourist. Would do it again and look forward to coming back to hike with Just In Time Adventures!!!!

  We had a great time on this new Jack Daniels / Uncle Nearest / Longest Bar tour. Norm and Isabel are an excellent team and they made sure we had all we needed to enjoy our tour... even handed our ponchos when it appeared it could drizzle on the outside portion of the distillery tour (Just IN Time :-) ). The Jack Daniels history was unlike any I'd heard before. This was WAY more than just a shuttle to the distillery - this loaded me up with great info about Jack Daniels himself. Just IN Time tours are the way to go. Enjoy!

  My wife and I are so happy we chose Just IN Time Adventures. So here we go! Arrived at the rally point a little early and Norm and Isabelle were already there. Isabelle directed us to a greatly needed cup of coffee right at our pick-up spot. Back on board and off to the Jack Danials and Longest Bar tour. On board Isabelle informed us of cold bottled water and snacks (free) for us. During the trip Norm, who must be a history major was so interesting and informative of the local lower we found it very interesting. Additionally, they play an historical overview on the P A system that leaves you thinking "I had no idea". Upon arrival at the distillery Norm drops you at the front and Isabelle walks you inside straight to the restrooms so cool. Then she walks you past the line of people up to the front desk for check-in. I suggest buying the slush drink wrist band, tasty. Norn then gives you an overview of the venue and what expect with some tips, where to meet up and such. Upon exiting they are both there to greet you and off on a short walk to the downtown Lynchburg historical area. Shops, museums and restaurants, with plenty of time for all. Depart there and off to the Wolds Longest Bar. Along the way Norm picks up on some more of the history of the area. This venue also has an interesting, storied history. And the bar is HUGE! We all ate at the bar, food and drinks were good. The fries are addicting. There are also shopping souvenirs and artifacts to see on the way in or out. All in all, we highly recommend the tour which is made all the better by Isabelle and Norm.

  Great communication when ordering the trip online as well as after ordering the trip. Pick up to drop off was just a pleasure w/Norm & Isabelle (tour operators). Just an all around great, informative & memorable tour. Got picked up at 7:15 & dropped off about 5, but it seems the day just flew by because the tour was soooo fun!
