Ride your own single or double ATV in the company of your guide to go off-roading through astonishing trails in the jungle and Mayan Village!

If you do not have experience riding ATVs you should not worry, ATVs are AUTOMATIC (non-mandatory driver license).

You will visit Jade Caverns where you will learn about Mayan customs of the area and also you will learn about its formation 64 million years ago. Jade Caverns is a underground Cave (Cenote) connected to the sea and underground river. There you will be able to swim or jump in to its water from a cliff of about 20 ft high.

You will also ride through the enigmatic Mayan village to stop to walk around to appreciate the Mayan temple and one of the oldest Catholic churches on the Island, as well as having free time to take a look at the crafts made by locals.

At the end of the ATV tour you will be able to taste a variety of artisanal organic tequila.

Finishing the activities we will take you back to the same tour pickup point.

What To Expect

Jade Cenote

The cenote is a natural formation that is more than 60 million years old. I will explain the history of the place to you, you will learn about the importance of cenotes in the Mayan culture and you will be able to have fun jumping into the water from a 20-foot natural platform.

We will stop to walk around the Mayan town, visiting a 900-year-old Mayan Temple and I will explain the fascinating history of the place, most of the townspeople are of Mayan descent, they produce black coral jewelry, finally I will show you one of the oldest Catholic churches in Cozumel.

We did this with two generations kids from the age of 10 until their 50s. We did ATV chores and got a tour of the Mayan village and this was a really fun experience. Everybody had a blast and got super muddy, but it was a very fun experience with Sergio as our guide

my family of four was sailing on a cruise. At the last minute, our excursion was canceled. Line was unable to help us find another similar ATV experience. My husband found this wonderful gem. I'm so glad it was canceled through the cruise ship because this was 1 million times better than we expected. Our driver picked us up and was in incredibly friendly, giving us suggestions of what to do while in Cozumel. As he drove us to the caverns in ATV., he pointed out important sites to see. Once we got there Miguel gave us a tour of the ATVs and we went off Roading. It was so much fun. The caverns are gorgeous, and you were able to cliff dive. Afterwards, it was followed by a tequila tour. We were able to enjoy sacred Mayan ruins. Everyone was so friendly and I'm so glad my family had this experience.

Miguel was amazing. He was very funny and easy to understand. He made the experience 10 times better. The atvs were the perfect size and very fast. Our ATV ride encountered pouring rain and muddy puddles, but it was still extremely fun. Jumping in the Cenota was super refreshing and extremely. Overall, this trip was one that we will never forget. We thank Cozumel toursf or the amazing tour!
