5.00I am traveling Mecca with my family, especially my mother who is 75 years old with disability. I was very concerned about the whole trip starting from the airport transfer from Jeddah to Mecca hotel. The driver, Mr Yousuf contacted me via WhatsApp as soon as I landed and was continually checking on with me and gave his detailed information. It was super easy to find him and he took care of our baggage and was very patient and friendly. The drive was very comfortable and we reached the hotel safely. I highly recommend this service- the price is totally worth the experience
