There are so many things to see and do outside of Seoul come you will not be disappointed. Discover the countryside the mountains as well as the city of Jeonju and its beautiful traditional district The team was very attentive and regularly recommended places or restaurants to us When we were in free time. I highly recommend this young and dynamic team who I am sure will please you. For this tour I recommend you go in October or during warmer periods we went at the end of November and it was already quite cold the weather was not idyllic.

This was an amazing tour! With everything from well thought out meals that were incredibly delicious with seasonal ingredients to a beautiful Hanok stay, everything was on point. As if this wasn't enough, we hiked Mt. Jiri, a beautiful, lush mountain full of peaceful streams flowing down the mountain. This is only a piece of the awesome adventures that we had. We walked through history, savoured flavours, and recharged in nature.

Transportation: The bus we took was luxurious and smooth sailing. There's plenty of leg room, and the chairs recline if you're looking to nap. I will note, although there's free wifi, great views, and the occasional tour guide pop quiz, at least 4 hours will be spent each day just going back and forth between Jeonju and Seoul. Activities: Despite the travel time, we reaaally got a lot done! The tour guides were efficient and did a good job of herding us along, while still giving us ample free time to explore. Day 1, we visited the Awan traditional house/gallery, the BTS tree spot, and the Gyeonggijeon Shrine. All were pretty interesting, but I really enjoyed the shrine and the surrounding town the most! It's really worth a walk through to see the preserved buildings, and to check out the mini museum exhibit. If you're not very history-minded, there are plenty of cute stores, cafes, and beautiful views outside. Grab your souvenirs here or at the hanok village! I recommend the local makgeolli and sesame oil. Day 2, we headed out to a jjimjilbang at the Andeok Experience Village. It's a traditional Korean bathhouse, though we only went in to the dry saunas. Most of us stayed in the warm room or on the deck outside, where there were some adorable kittens. It was really relaxing and a good refresher from a fun night of partying. We also went hiking and visited a Buddhist temple with a lovely view! Take your good hiking shoes, haha. Plenty of souvenir options here as well :) Accommodations: We stayed in a cute little hanok house for the night, which is a type of traditional Korean house. It was two people to a room, with us all in the same house. Make sure to check out the lovely town in the afternoon before, and grab your free Snoopy toast in the morning! Food: Jeolla-do is well-known for its seafood, and it definitely lives up to the hype. If you don't eat seafood there are definitely other options provided, but try it out if you want delicious local dishes! The bibimbap at the last restaurant is to die for. Atmosphere: The one thing I really, really loved about this trip, was how authentic it felt. There weren't the usual crowds of tourists, and it just felt like this perfect little snapshot of the traditional Korean experience. From the village to the hanok to the sauna and the hike, you could see friendly locals and untainted nature/architecture. Go if you want a relaxing cultural experience away from the hustle and bustle of Seoul!

I visited Jeonju and Mt. Jirisan with mutualtrip. It was the best trip I ever attended, all of the staff were so friendly and good at their work. They were all prepared very well. They even gave us hot packs when having an outdoor activity. The bus was equipped very well, the accommodation was so comfortable despite being a Hanok house. The tour guide was so informative without being boring. There were variety of food, so people with dietary restrictions can enjoy Korean foods, as well. Overall, I honestly recommend this tour to everyone

It was great to visit so many places I wouldn’t have been able to explore on my own. I enjoyed every moment of this tour, especially the authentic vibe of Korean traditional culture, food, and hanok. Highly recommend!

This tour really gave me the chance to appreciate the beauty of hanok and the stunning views from Mt. Jiri. The scenery was so amazing that I couldn’t stop staring at it for a while. What I loved most was that this route is more popular with locals, so it felt like a much more authentic experience without the usual crowds of tourists. If you want to get away from the typical tourist spots and see something more genuine, I definitely recommend this tour!
