We were unfortunately impacted by a number of issues - within the company’s control - that negatively affected our experience. During the return journey, one of the boat's engines experienced issues, resulting in us arriving at least an hour later than scheduled. We had young children with us and this delay was extremely tough for them, particularly as no water or refreshments were provided during what became a considerably longer trip than advertised. There was also a lack of communication from the crew about the engine issue. Passengers were left in the dark and had to repeatedly approach staff to ask for updates — updates that should have been proactively shared. This is a basic standard of customer care, particularly in an unexpected and stressful situation.

The staff were very welcoming. the water was abit rocky and 1 of our 9 guests became very ill, all the staff were so attentive and helpful, not judging just trying to clean up and help the teenager. We seen a whale with a baby and Many dolphins came up to play alongside the boat which everyone loved. Would highly recommend this company. Hint: If anyone suffers motion sickness I would highly suggest taking the medication before you arrive at the boat.

No whales but Wayne and Sophie were great and showed us the cliffs around the sea. Great commentary.

It was the end of season, try to book before November, As it’s coming out of season. A little chilly, good if you like to watch the sea. No fault on the captain, he tried, just not good enough. Hopefully better luck next time.

You will need to be extremely lucky and fortunate to be able to sight the dolphins or the whales that is these cruise is based on. The service itself is good and the boats used for the cruise are in good condition. The weather plays a big part in whether you are going to have a good time or not. Unfortunately, we went out on a very windy day and were very unlucky not to be able to spot anything. The cruise went for about 2 hours and we came back just with a boat ride to show for.

We had a marvelous experience. We saw three whales and a lot of dolphins. The guides were very nice and informative, they also kept enough distance to the animals. Would book it again any time!

The crew were fantastic—friendly, knowledgeable, and full of great information. The boat itself was excellent, and overall, the experience was well-organized. If you’ve never seen a whale before, this tour will absolutely delight you. That said, we were a little disappointed. The day before, we witnessed numerous whales breaching just outside the bay and expected this tour to offer a similar experience, but closer. Instead, we stayed within Jervis Bay, following one mother and calf for just over an hour before following a single dolphin and then heading back. Honestly, if the tour had ventured closer to the bay’s exit or just outside the bay, I believe we would have seen much more whale activity.
