  Do not reserve indirectly, the customer changes the schedule, in good faith accepts if and then for reasons of force majeure you are not ready in time, he does not assume nor arrange a solution for the amount paid and instead send you to the viator to resolve, because in the direct attempt by phone to ma and poor service only financial objective, company would not be!!!!

  Unfortunately, not up to expectations, my girlfriend and I booked the 60-minute tour that included Kite beach and Ponta Preta, which we did not do because the guide left us in a point to go freely where we wanted, only after asking him to do a tour accompanied by him we could only see Ponta Preta. The ride was extremely slow, the jet ski was really very ruined, a mirror was missing, it was all scratched with dry and cracked paint and the object holder was broken, unacceptable given the cost. Staff not too nice, did not speak Italian, contrary to what the reservation said. Judging by the other reviews, I therefore wonder if we were really very unlucky. I AM SO SORRY.

  We were picked up from our hotel and taken to beach Introduced to the staff and shown were to put bags ect filled in consent forms Giving safety jacket then shown how to use jet ski you follow a instructor around the sea so your never alone We paid for hour so went from one end of the shore to another Great experience Bit disappointed when came bk didn't get any photos

  I have always wanted to try jet skiing and came across some positive reviews for this operator. The transportation arrived on time; however, the driver did not communicate who he was or confirm the pickup, instead remaining seated in the van. We approached him, and he then confirmed that he was there for the jet ski pickup. Upon arrival at the station, we signed a clear and concise disclosure form, and the staff members were friendly and professional. I enjoyed the jet skiing experience; however, I have rated it three stars due to some issues with communication. Although the instructor provided instructions on how to operate the jet ski, both he and his assistant had minimal interaction with us prior to starting the activity. This lack of engagement led to some confusion about the process. I understand that language barriers can sometimes pose challenges, which is completely understandable, but improved organisation and clearer leadership would greatly enhance the overall experience.

  The weather most days was sunny but alot of rain also take jungle spray as so many flys and I got some many bites the hotel we had was nice it was sol dunas but make sure you lock everything away so housekeeps help them self took cigarettes and euros from our room when should of been cleaning opened our empty suitcases to see what we had in there when we reported it to reception staff there couldn't be bother about are complaints but overall was good hoilday food we lovely

• Not clear in the booking instructions that this is for experienced open water swimmers

  I was really looking forward to the 1 hour experience when I booked with my partner. At no point during the booking process was I made aware that I needed to be a confident open water swimmer in order to get to the jet skis. I was only informed of this on the day while signing release forms at which point it was too late to cancel therefore, I had to sit it out while my partner had the experience alone. Why is such an important safety matter not made clear during the booking process?
