My wife and I took a cruise on an Aristocat Daysail catamaran around the islands near Tortola in the British Virgin Islands. The crew (Steve and Maddy) were both professional and a lot of fun. We visited a couple of beaches and were blessed with lovely weather. There were plenty of drinks and a decent lunch was provided. Overall, a great day out.

Went with two young families, each with two young kids. Maddi and James were a fantastic crew and very accommodating and kind! The lunch was so-so. Best to eat at the soggy dollar restaurant—food was amazing. Great day trip!

We had a great day of sailing and the beach was marvelous. The crew was great and worked very hard to keep everyone in food and drinks. We had three concerns/opportunities. First, we had one couple that did not know the time and we waited 40 minutes at the pier for them and another 20 at the dock. The booking says 8:30 at the most, this should be enforced. We did get off the dock close to time, so it was more of an annoyance than a problem. Second, we were disappointed in the lunch. Not that it was bad, it was actually good, but very limited for what we thought we were paying for. Very good salads, cold cuts and hot dogs. And third, the music was loud and not to our taste. We had a great time and the trip was enjoyable.

It was a very friendly and well run excursion. However, to be clear, it is basically an excursion to the beach bars at Jost Van Dyke, departing aboard catamaran from the West End of Tortola. Yes, we did do stop over at an uninhabited island, for an hour, on the way, but it was an island with nothing more than just a beach. There really is nothing to see if one snorkeled. In the end, this is what we expected and were not disappointed, and even had our expectations exceeded. If one wishes to visit the beach bars of Jost Van Dyke, there really is no better way than to get there by boat anchored just off the beach, as opposed to taking a taxi there from the ferry dock.

This was a great excursion. We had a great captain and her assistant. They took us to a small island for a little while where most everyone stayed on board. Then they took us over to the Soggy Dollar Beach where they anchored and let everyone go ashore that wanted to. We had about 2 hours or so there. The cruise was very relaxing and the weather was perfect. I would definitely recommend this if you want a low key afternoon enjoying being on the water.

Maddie and James are the best! What a relaxing and enjoyable day. The surf was higher than normal but the compensated by adjusting the plan for the day and did a fantastic job! One of the best excursions I’ve ever done anywhere in the world. There were only 12 of us and had a very personalized experience. Highly recommend !

This was a near perfect day. Started with a lovely sail to a little island, then onto where the Soggy Dollar is. Good drinks and food, great weather and fabulous beaches. The service was outstanding.

Sailed to Sandy Spit then on to White Bay. Sandy spit was very cool, did a little snorkling and explored the tiny island. Then sailed to White Bay and had a delicious lunch on the boat prepared fresh by the first mate Madi. Visited the Soggy Dollar Bar and walked the amazing beach. Capt James and first mate Madi were amazing. Highly recommend.
