Loved our day! Great driver, despite the language gaps. He was kind, cheerful, and careful. Loved our guide for the hike/zipline/obstacle course. He was always encouraging, never rushed us. Reminded us to take breathers and water. Super fun, super tired. Waterfall was just lovely. Sneakers or hiking shoes are important, and perhaps a change of clothes if you plan on swimming in the bowl of the waterfall. Also pack snacks or plan to purchase if coming from Bucaramanga (3hr drive -- which was also stunning!). We were okay, but might have prepared differently if we knew about the obstacle course.
