Our winery was born as a family business, stimulated by our love of the countryside and its products. We have always believed that working on smaller scales produces better outcomes and we take great care in applying this to every stage of the winemaking process, from the vineyard to the glass of wine. This in turn is how we reflect our personality in our wines.

Spectacular tour to know where the Uruguayan wine is made. Guided tour of the picturesque countryside in the periphery of Montevideo with your visit we will make a tasting of 4 wines accompanied by cold meats and cheeses. After the visit and tasting the boutique opens for lovers of good wine, who may wish to purchase wines. We make daily departures. Please get in touch to reconfirm the schedule of the visit to the warehouse. It includes transportation from the hotel, visit and tasting of four wines with a table of cheeses and cold meats.

Aweful experience, stay away from this tour

1.00I highly recommend not taking this tour. The day before departure I was asked by the tour operator through WhatsApp if the winery visit could change to Bodega Bouza due to no English speaking guides at Bodega Juanico (I agreed to be flexible). The tour operator also asked me to be ready for pick up at 10am the next day from Dazzler at Wyndham Montevideo. After 1 hour of waiting, I messaged the tour operator at 11am via WhatsApp to ask if they were still coming to pick me up. No response from tour operator for 30 mins. Then the tour operator messaged me and tried to blame the hotel for supposedly allowing the driver to collect a person (in personating me, what a joke) at some mystery time (they wouldn’t say) who hadn’t even booked the tour. If this was true (I don’t believe them) maybe check the ticket issued to paying customers or their ID as they are picked up, it’s not that hard. The tour operator then asked if they could pick me up at 12.30 (2.5 hours after I was instructed by the tour operator to be ready to be picked up from my hotel). I think the tour operator are liars and very unprofessional. If I could zero stars I would. You have been warned.
