Worst excursion I have EVER taken. This excursion should have been cancelled given the horrendous weather. It was torrential rain, and blizzard conditions. 55 mile hour wind at summit, lightning warnings and a complete whiteout. All but one lookout was closed, but you could not step out because of the strong wind and you could see nothing because of the conditions. We saw absolutely nothing. This 10 hour awful day was a waste of time. We were really dismayed when we learned that other excursions run by the same tour operator to Mt Titlis were notified in the morning that they could cancel the tour or go the next day due to the weather conditions and that they would see nothing at the summit. I do not understand why the same options were not given to us on this tour. The time at the summit was excessive given the fact you could see nothing. Everyone waited in the lobby for the last hour waiting to leave. The ride back down the mountain on the bus was downright dangerous. It was raining very hard and it was so foggy outside it was hard for the driver to see out of the window at many times. The tour guide was just awful. The bus was late getting to our meeting place. The tour guide never introduced herself to the new people getting on the bus. We learned from others her name was Annette. She never gave an overview of the day. We were surprised to stop in Interlaken to pick up additional passengers and take a bathroom break. The rain was torrential at that point. The bus parked several blocks from the bathroom. She insisted everyone vacate the bus even if you didn’t need to go to the bathroom. After several passengers objected given the weather the bus driver said we could stay. We stayed in interlaken for 50 minutes to use the bathroom. Clearly an excessive amount of time! We had believed we were on an English speaking tour. Annette’s first language was Spanish. Her accent was so strong that it was hard to discern when she spoke English and when she was speaking Spanish. Majority of the people on the tour did not speak English. I could not understand most of what she said. On top of that she was very unfriendly. Very snippy. We had 3 adults in our tour but she refused to give us 3 maps. She said she gave us one. We sought out the maps once we reached one of the many train stations we went to. This 10 hour tour really marred our time in Lucerne, especially because it was a 10 hour tour. It should have been cancelled or at least we should have had the option to reschedule or get a refund. I’m still upset about this excursion.

The views of the Switzerland Alps were stunning, and we were lucky the skies were sunny and clear. I found the top to be crowded and chaotic.

The tour to Jungfraujoch – Top of Europe far exceeded my expectations. The tour is very well organized and allows you to enjoy every stage of the experience in this unique destination. I particularly note the work of our guide, Berny, who demonstrated a high level of professionalism. She was attentive at all times, resolved each query with kindness and conveyed clear and accurate information about the different points of the journey. Thanks to his accompaniment, the tour was not only pleasant, but also very enriching.

The bus was clean, comfortable and on time. The amount of time in Interlaken was just enough. The tour guide spoke English well. The price was very fair and the views…indescribable. Pictures don’t do the mountain jystice

Jungfraujoch was one of the 4 mountains we visited on this trip to Lucerne. Fernando/Francisco did an excellent job herding all of us as it was a long day. Due to the clouds and trace amounts of snow (which was awesome), there weren't any views to be had; but the experience was so amazing that it more than made up for it. The train down (including the views of Lauterbrunnen) was a real treat. Walking on the glacier (at the top) while it was lightly snowing was a one-of-a-kind moment.
