Desaru Beach
We gather at the beach at the break of dawn, listening to the sound of the waves as it laps the shore. Soaking up the gentle rays of the morning sun, a great source of vitamin D. We begin with breathing exercises to relax the muscles and mind. Your instructor will guide you through the sixteen motions, assisted with a bamboo stick to help stretch, strengthen, and increase flexibility.

Great stretching to start off the day and regulate the breathing, with a good view of the ocean. Noticed several hornbills too!

Great morning energizing activity to set the intention right for the day! Salam was a patient yet engaging instructor who was able to infuse us with his enthusiasm and infectious energy. Definitely a good way to start the day with increased energy.
