Our first stop is the wetlands bird hide, where you’ll spot a variety of monsoonal tropical birds.
The Ubirr Aboriginal Rock Art Gallery is filled with paintings dating back over 20,000 years. Ancient stories are etched in vibrant ochre on the rocks. Explore the gallery and / or take the optional hike to the top of the Ubirr lookout for a 360 view over the vast floodplains and rugged escarpments, before we sit down for an incredible lunch.
Yellow Water River Cruise is an award-winning cruise, which allows you to explore the heart of Kakadu’s wetlands in comfort, where the magic of the park truly comes alive. As you glide along the water, you will spot salt water crocodiles, an array of wetlands water birds including the famous Jabiru, water buffalo, wild horses, wild pigs, egrets and kingfishers.

We really enjoy the trip even though I was truly a long day trip to go, however the landscape and crocodiles didn’t fail us at all, more than that, we do appreciate our guide for his friendly and gentle manner, also his rich knowledge about his own country, the kids were extremely amazed by that and kept wondering why he knows everything.

We enjoyed our tour with Rasa! Her upbeat and positive energy made the day so much fun during our trip to the Daintree rainforest and Mossman gorge!

Rasa was a great tour guide. Very friendly and knowledgeable. During the drives to each location she knew tons of fun facts and could point all kinds of cool things out along the way. This isn't a big anonymous tour bus trip, instead, you go with a small group in a mini-van. A very personalized trip that we really enjoyed. Highly recommended!

Our tour guide was amazingly friendly and helpful. We really appreciated being picked up and dropped off at our hotel. It takes the stress out of it. We had a good mixture of guests on the bus who got on well together. The tour covered interesting venues and we learned about our First Nations lives and history
