5.00I had a great time on this tour with Yuji. Yuji met us and took us to this amazing izakaya where we had a nice meal then walked us through the Geisha district to this really cool bar. It was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this tour.

5.00We enjoyed our evening with Aiko and Yuji. It was a relaxed atmosphere and when plan A didn’t work out there was a plan B. We got to visit an izakaya which was a hidden gem in another geiko district. I had wondered where this district was and we crossed the golden bridge to arrive there. A great evening with wonderful company from the guides and fellow guests.

He selected a spectacular dinner restaurant that was pure, authentic Japanese cuisine — the kind of place you would never find on your own as a visitor. Every dish felt intentional, beautifully presented, and deeply rooted in local tradition. It was exactly the immersive experience we were hoping for. After dinner, he took us to a second-level bar for cocktails that was truly out of this world — intimate, stylish, and such a unique atmosphere. It felt like stepping into a hidden gem only locals know about. To wrap up the evening, we visited a sake bar where I enjoyed a sake flight. Yuji took the time to explain the different profiles and helped me discover that I absolutely love the sweeter varieties. It was such a fun and educational experience, not just a tasting. What really sets Yuji apart is his warmth, knowledge, and attention to detail. He reads the room perfectly, creates a relaxed yet elevated experience, and makes the entire night feel seamless.
