5.00We had the absolute pleasure of doing the Kanazawa Night Tour with Yuji, and it was one of the highlights of our time in Japan. Yuji curated the most incredible evening for us. He selected a spectacular dinner restaurant that was pure, authentic Japanese cuisine — the kind of place you would never find on your own as a visitor. Every dish felt intentional, beautifully presented, and deeply rooted in local tradition. It was exactly the immersive experience we were hoping for. After dinner, he took us to a second-level bar for cocktails that was truly out of this world — intimate, stylish, and such a unique atmosphere. It felt like stepping into a hidden gem only locals know about. To wrap up the evening, we visited a sake bar where I enjoyed a sake flight. Yuji took the time to explain the different profiles and helped me discover that I absolutely love the sweeter varieties. It was such a fun and educational experience, not just a tasting. What really sets Yuji apart is his warmth, knowledge, and attention to detail. He reads the room perfectly, creates a relaxed yet elevated experience, and makes the entire night feel seamless. 5.00Yuji was an outstanding tour guide. He was knowledgeable, charming, and pleasant. After a few minutes, he was able to ascertain what we wanted to see and do, and found the perfect destinations - restaurants and sake bars. I would highly recommend him!
