The tickets themselves for the premium seats were fantastic (second row behind visitors dugout). But getting them was excruciating. First we got an email saying they were working on them. Then with 4 days until the game I reached out just to check. I was told no worries I'd get them 24-48 hours before. Then 48 hours before (June 26) I got a message saying I would receive my tickets no later than June 25th? Which had already passed. Once within the 24 hours I reached out again to confirm tickets ASAP and finally was given my tickets as a response to me reaching out. It really shouldn't be that hard
