1.00***BUYER BEWARE!!!*** Scheduled to take Kauai Sea Tours Napali Coast sunset cruise 3/20 but due to rains, high surf, generally lousy weather we called 3/19 to cancel. Unfortunately it was 2 hours too late according to their 24 hour cancelation policy. We did not cancel then because they made it clear we would NOT be eligible for a refund. We had booked through Marriott Vacation Club concierge services. On day of our tour we contacted Kauai Sea Tours again hoping the unsafe surf, likelihood of rain and probably no sunset would be adequate reason to give us a refund. Kauai Sea Tours would not work with us in ANY SHAPE or FORM in terms of a refund for what we considered an unpredictable cruise both in comfort, safety, and beauty. In fact, the employee who we were talking too hung up on my husband very abruptly. We originally had booked HOLA HOLA Charters and they actually contacted us to cancel our 3/16 Napali Sunset Cruise because they realized the conditions were not conducive for an optimal experience. Eventually the Marriott concierge manager was able to get us a partial refund.. Stay away from Kauai Sea Tours; book with Hola Hola Charters as they obviously care for the safety and well being of their customers, not just the dollars!!

5.00If you're searching for the ultimate way to experience the breathtaking Na Pali Coast, look no further, this is the only boat tour you need to consider. From start to finish, everything about this tour exceeded expectations. The crew was knowledgeable, welcoming, and clearly passionate about sharing the beauty of this iconic coastline. The boat was comfortable and perfectly suited for getting up close to sea caves, waterfalls, and those towering emerald cliffs. We saw dolphins, sea turtles, and even had time to get blessed by a waterfall, an unforgettable bonus! Every moment felt thoughtfully planned, (I swear the Captain had the whale ready on his signal to splash just as the sun set) it was safe, respectful of the beauty that is Kauai and incredibly fun. If you want a once-in-a-lifetime adventure ridethat truly captures the magic of Na Pali, this is the tour to choose. Don't waste time comparing options—this is the one.

5.00What an incredible experience!!! The crew was amazing and took great care of us. What a skilled captain taking us under a waterfall and inside caves. A bit of a bumpy adventure but we knew what we were getting into and we loved every minute of it. Highly recommend!!!
