What an experience!! The staff were all wonderful and the pilot was a seasoned pilot. Someone told me that you really can’t appreciate how beautiful Kauai is until you see the island from the air. Boy were they right!! Worth every penny. Airborne Aviation was excellent!! Easy to find. It was my first time in a helicopter, and it could have been a little scary. But, they shows a safety video and helped us into the helicopter and get strapped in. I had a few seconds of what the heck I’m I doing, but the beauty of the island quickly took all my fears away. It was something I will treasure. Thank you Airborne!!

Because TripAdvisor has asked me to leave a review, I am fulfilling their request. The helicopter crashed into the ocean. The other 3 passengers on the flight did not survive. This was the worst day of my entire life and I am lucky to be alive after the crash into the ocean and nearly drowning.

My sister and I did this right after landing in Kauai and I told her after we were done that we could turn right around and go home and the trip would be worth it. Incredible. No words to describe. Adrenaline pumping awesomeness.

An absolutely incredible experience and a must-do! The tour company was beyond accommodating. Our cruise ship was delayed by about three hours, but they were still able to fit me onto a later flight without any hassle. Top-notch service and breathtaking views!

Such a beautiful way to see the island. I thought it was expensive, but then I’m in the air thinking “I would have paid twice as much for this.” Thrilling, awe-inspiring, what a gift! Our pilot was excellent and ride was so smooth.
