5.00Had a great afternoon kayaking with my son on the river with Nevsail. Our instructor, Harry, was excellent, a great tour guide. It's an excellent way to see the sights around Limerick City. Highly recommended. Will definitely be back!

5.00Myself and 3 booked the 1.5 hours kayaking on the river Shannon. The weather was excellent and we got to know all the history and facts about limerick city and surrounding areas from our guide Harry, he taught us about the siege of limerick, king johns castle, poor man’s kilkee, hell’s gates and the old Custom House. He was very thorough and well able to squeeze all of the information into the dedicated time frame. He even took photos out on the water of me and my family. 10/10 recommend. 1.5 hrs was plenty for us as it was our first time kayaking in quite a while and by the end our legs were like jelly.

5.00We did the 1.5 hour kayak tour. Heads up (because we missed it), these are sit-on-top kayaks so your butt WILL get wet from the scupper holes. The water was great, so the rest of our bodies stayed dry. You’ll get a bit of history tidbits along with the ride. It was just the two of us and our guide Cahill, who was wonderful! An engineering student at UL, he was familiar with Limerick and enjoyable to talk to while taking in the scenes. He also offered to take photos of us with our phones. There’s a secure place for your belongings while you’re on the water. Entry and exit were from a dock. We had some extra time because of our small group, so we got to explore the Abbey River as well! 👍 👍

5.00I had such a great time. My guide Harry was really excellent. I use a wheelchair and he was very helpful and respectful making sure I had a great experience! If you do use a wheelchair I would just make sure you feel confident with transferring into a water vessel. I would absolutely recommend this trip and would definitely do it again if I come back to Limerick.

5.00We enjoyed our outing in the kayaks today. harry was a lovely and interesting guide. The boats do sit low in the water and you will get wet so be prepared. Didn’t take away from the fun. Thanks for the tour!
