From start to finish, her explanations were clear, engaging, and full of great insights about everything we experienced throughout the day. It was a very long day, but Hana maintained a warm smile and positive energy the entire time. Her professionalism, enthusiasm, and genuine care for the group made the experience even more enjoyable. 5.00The tour was wonderful and our guide Long just fantastic! He gave us a lot of interesting information, was very friendly, relaxed and humorous. We felt comfortable and safe at all times. It all worked out great and Halong Bay is very worth seeing. Of course, by now a very tourist destination, but the nature is so breathtakingly beautiful that I would recommend the tour.

5.00We had an amazing day with Hannah as our tour guide, pick up from our hotel reception, nice mini bus with comfortable seats and rest break halfway through the journey. The service was great, boat was as described and lunch was plentiful and tasty. The boat tour lasted 6 hrs with 3 stops with enough time at each stop to enjoy the activities and Hannah was helpful and entertaining. This tour was definitely worth spending the little bit extra than the standard tour offerings.
