2.00I was supposed to have a driver who spoke English. He did not. He spoke Spanish and Arabic… I did not. In addition to that, he reached out to me on WhatsApp. I never stated to communicate to me with WhatsApp because I do not use it. He did not have a sign with my name on it. He was not calling out our name and we waited 40 minutes So we had a very late start and I had little to no communication with this poor guy. Quite an expensive ride for so many glitches. Unfortunately, pretty disappointed and it made us late for our next appointment. :(

2.00Very unfortunate experience. My wife and I waited 20-30 minutes for our driver. We wandered around wondering if we were in the wrong location. Messaged the operator twice and called the provided number. Somebody at the number picked up, we could hear a TV or radio in the background but nobody spoke. Fortunately, the bus system was much easier to navigate than I had expected, so we took that instead. We finally received a message from the operator that our driver was either obstructed by a crash or involved in a crash. Now, I'm not heartless and genuinely hope the driver is safe. But I find it difficult to understand why we were not informed during the approx 45 min we were at the airport or why there isn't a contingency plan in place. This is a business of driving and accidents do unfortunately happen. There should be a backup plan, such as a replacement driver, to avoid leaving your customer stranded. Again, my sympathies to the driver.

5.00Our driver Omar was excellent. He transferred us both from the airport and back again. He was thoughtful, knowledgeable and helpful. On arrival he immediately messaged me to introduce himself and provided detailed directions on where he would meet us in the airport. During the ride, he suggested to us some tourist locations to visit as well as restaurants. The vehicle was extremely clean and well maintained. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Aurora as a reliable and efficient service.
