We visit some of the most pristine and famous snorkel sites in the Key Largo Marine Sanctuary on our BRAND NEW 2022 45' snorkel boat and guarantee our captain & crew will make your Key Largo snorkel excursion safe and fun for the whole family. Our staff are highly trained dive professionals who love the ocean and are happy to assist with gear setup, snorkel site information and local area recommendations. Our dive & snorkel facility is only about an hour away from Miami, making it the closest dive shop to the mainland. Our average time to reach most of Key Largo's best reef sites including the famous Christ of the Abyss is just 20-25 minutes from our shop. Our dive shop, gift shop, bathrooms, showers, tiki and snorkel boats are all located on our property facing the ocean, so you waste 0 time after arriving at our dive and snorkel center before heading out to your reef snorkel adventure!

Make sure to be a “good” swimmer. This is defined as being able to swim in the ocean without assistance from others or flotation devices for extended periods/distance.

Not available for participants who are unable to swim. Swimming without assistance is a requirement..

Not recommended for new/beginner swimmers.

Minors (under the age of 18) MUST be with a Parent/Guardian

FULL FACE SNORKEL MASKS ARE NOT ALLOWED, Drones are not allowed, Sea Scooters are not allowed, weight belts are not allowed

Consumption of alcoholic beverages NOT permitted prior to/or during the tour.

The property and tour boats are non smoking areas.

Children under age of 5 years old not allowed on board boat as passengers or snorkelers due to insurance restrictions.

What To Expect

Welcome to the beautiful underwater world of Key Largo, Florida! We will take you to two gorgeous reef sites to snorkel and provide complimentary chip bags, soda, water, snorkeling equipment and reef safe sunscreen. - Prior to arrival: Complete your boat waivers, gather your swimsuit and towel, and get excited! - Arrival: Check-In begins at 8:15 AM, 11:15 AM, or 2:15 PM. Come say hi at our check-in boutique after parking - Boarding: Board the boat at 8:30 AM, 11:30 AM, or 2:30 PM. Settle in and get ready to enjoy some Caribbean AC - Enjoy a 20-25 minute boat ride out to your first site - Spend 45 minutes snorkeling one of our beautiful coral reefs - Travel to a new location - Hop in to explore a second site for 45 minutes - Sit back and relax as we take you back to the dock for your 11:15 AM, 2:15 PM, or 5:15 PM return time. - Get rinsed off in our freshwater showers and browse our brand new gift shop, or ask any of our Silent World Crew for restaurant recommendations! We hope to see you back soon. *You must be at least 5 years old, able to swim without assistance in water too deep to stand, and able to jump off the boat and come back up the swim ladder with minimal assistance.

I had such a great time snorkeling with Silent World Dive Center. Aron kicked things off with his laid-back humor that instantly made everyone feel comfortable, and Emily kept everything running smoothly with her calm professionalism. The reefs were honestly serene to float over. The water was clear, the colors were gorgeous, and it felt peaceful in a way I didn’t expect. The whole trip just felt easy and enjoyable from start to finish. I’d absolutely go out with them again.

This snorkeling tour was the perfect way to start our vacation in key largo! Jo Lisa and Captain Aaron were extremely helpful and friendly. They gave us tips for safe and fun snorkeling and even recommendations for happy hour. Would definitely recommend this tour.

The boat trip out to the snorkel site was very calm and smooth. Captain Jeff and first mate, Emily made things very easy and relaxing. Captain Jeff played '70s rock music for the trip which was very fitting. Overall had a very wonderful experience. Would definitely do it again.

We had a great time on the Calypso with Captain Jeff and first mate Emily, both were very professional and were wonderful. Lots of fish and saw Christ of the Abyss. Super cool. Boats were in tip top shape and the facilities were clean, new and well stocked.

Great trip! Captain Jeff was a great navigator and First Mate Jolisa made sure we were all informed and safe. Saw lots of marine life and Christ of the Abyss. Loved it!

The 4-5ft waves were way too high for us to enjoy the snorkel trip and they only did one reef, not the one with the statue which would have been really cool. I know they technically don't know how high the waves will be, but it would have been so so much better for the crew to reroute to a calmer place. Even the other families on the trip had trouble getting their kids past the high waves to see any fish. Only one of mine was able to, but the company easily refunded us for that inconvenience, so I would still highly recommend. We took Calypso, boats are just okay, there isn't any frills.
