Unreliable and not flexible. I booked the tour and then requested to reschedule for a later day because we were in Kilkenny instead which is 2.5 hours drive. The tour operator refused my request. I booked this tour again for later that same week. Tour operator contacted me to pay extra 100 euro to switch to private because they were low on attendance and then canceled the tour when I disagree to pay extra. Stay away from this company !
