Armin was absolutely delightful ! He arrived timely at our first scheduled arrival. He returned hours later when we actually arrived. He was so patient on the phone with us trying to find his location where he was waiting. He was so entertaining - he kept us laughing and smiling the whole way which was a welcome change to our long train ride. You won’t find a more “Perfect Cab Ride!”

The “perfect cab” ride - yes there is such a thing! Armin was absolutely delightful, polite & patient. Our train schedule changed entirely, several hours later in fact. He came back & waited for us. He also stayed on the phone while we were trying to find our way to where he was parked. Absolutely awesome !

We're so thankful for Armin Harris, whose incredible patience and constant support really stood out. Before finalizing our booking, we talked to him about my wifes specific needs as a wheelchair user. Armin not only reassured us but also went the extra mile to take care of every little thing. When we got to Kings Cross Station, he even walked us inside and was a big help. We can't thank Armin enough for his amazing help. This trip would not have been the same without him!
