We provide all the facilities you need for a carefree day on an uninhabited island.
Take a swim in the crystal clear water, sunbathe on the white sand beach, explore the gorgeous underwater world, or explore the island and discover Klein’s famous pink lighthouse and shipwrecks.
Our guests get exclusive access to our beach house. With a large thatched-roof patio, picnic benches, and cool drinks, it's a great shady shelter from the heat of the sun. We provide all the facilities you need for a nice day on an uninhabited island.
For an extra relaxing experience, you can book a massage in our exclusive watch tower (to be booked on the spot). Contact us if you're interested in scuba diving.

What To Expect
Klein (Little) Curacao
Far away from the hustle and bustle of Curaçao's Punda and Otrobanda districts lies a remote, uninhabited island with white sand beaches, crystal clear water, a spectacular reef and colorful sea life. The flat, wind-swept island of Klein Curaçao (Dutch for Little Curaçao) is a mecca for divers, snorkelers and sunbathers. Once the Mermaid has anchored off shore, you'll want to take a swim in the crystal clear turquoise water. Take a stroll and visit the historical lighthouse or collect shells on the beach. Lie out on a beach chair to soak up the sun or go explore the gorgeous underwater world. There's something for everyone at Klein Curaçao!

5.00Klein Island day trip was well worth it! The island is beautiful with lots to explore and see. Mermaid crew were incredible. Everything ran on time and the breakfast and lunch provided was excellent. Lots to eat and drink. This beautiful blue water and white sandy beach is a must visit when in Curacao. 2/7/2026

5.00We spent an exceptional day in Klein Curaçao with the Mermaid team. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and we particularly enjoyed spending time with Angelo, with whom we were very supportive. The infrastructure of the boat and the island is impeccable: everything is well thought out to fully enjoy the day in comfort and safety. The food served was delicious, fresh and generous, a real plus after a morning of snorkeling and relaxing on the beach. It was a very pleasant experience for the whole family. If you’re looking for a well-organized, friendly and fun-filled excursion, Mermaid is a safe choice. We leave with memorable memories and the desire to return!

5.00We had an amazing day with Mermaid Adventures Curaçao on the trip to Klein Curaçao – honestly one of the highlights of our stay! The day started on a big, solid boat, which immediately felt safe and well organized. There was coffee and tea available right from the start, which was a nice touch. The ride out can be a bit bumpy depending on the sea, so we took motion sickness tablets beforehand and were totally fine. A few people felt unwell, but the crew took great care of them. And just for reassurance: the ride back was super smooth and calm. Klein Curaçao is absolutely magical. A stunning beach, crystal-clear water, and plenty of sunbeds and shaded areas for everyone – no stress, no rushing, just pure island vibes. Lunch was fantastic and way better than expected: delicious BBQ, homemade sauces, fresh salads and fruit. There were also really good options for vegetarians and vegans, which we appreciated a lot. What really made the day special was the crew – incredibly friendly, attentive and genuinely caring throughout the whole trip. You could tell they love what they do. We’d book this tour again in a heartbeat!

5.00Simply the Best! If you’re coming to Curacao then you absolutely must do Klein (little) Curacao! It’s an early morning wake up but so worth every dollar, and the long boat ride out there! It was amazing and sea water that you’d swear was swimming pool water

5.00We had a great experience with the Mermaid. We were scared with the boat, but the journey was relatively calm despite being exhausting. Simple but fresh breakfast, lunch with very tasty barbecue. There were many shadows on the beach to relax and the staff was all friendly. I especially liked the organization and for giving everything super right. Wonderful team!

5.00Traveled with my niece. Glad we went with Mermaid tours as the facility on the island was perfect. They provided breakfast and a lunch buffet that was delicious and more than we expected. Great bartender as well. Staff was polite and helpful throughout the day. Couldn't have went any better.
