As a family of five we had a really, really good day out. I feel if we hired a car for two days, we could not have seen, or enjoyed as much. Panagiotis our guide was a very calm and measured driver, with a personality to match - a local guy in tune with Crete and its soul. This was perfect for us and allowed us all to really enjoy the wonderful landscape and understand how the island works and how it is to live on it. He was very knowledgeable about the local flora and fauna, with an instinct for foraging - the kids are going to remember the pomegranate and grapes! The lunch was fantastic, in a really nice village, with great views. It really was the highlight of our week Absolutely no regrets in booking it!

Very informative about everything, me and my wife love history and hospitality. Big foodies and local produce this experience was amazing and we got both , with a fabulous lunch where you eat like a king and try local produce. We have been enjoying it so much. Bought dressings , oil , souvenirs can't wait to cook back home with it . So pleased with all the experience.

The visit to Knossos Palace was culturally interesting. You can do without the audio guide because the brightness prevents you from seeing the screen. The audio explanations remain but the explanatory panels along the way are enough for a neophyte. In the pottery workshop, the potter is both an artisan, an artist and a magician; in a few moments he makes you no less than 10 different dishes. Lunch in a tavern of the knowledge of one of the guides is a real nugget. One word: succulent. Finally, the visit to the olive oil factory and the tastings ended a very nice day. The guides were perfect. A duet sometimes informative during the journey between the sites sometimes funny. Really nice and endearing. This excursion was a beautiful day.

A great trip for a full day's outing. The driver Michael was very informative and knowledgeable. Unfortunately this time of year the sites are extremely busy which makes it unpleasant. I'd prefer to have done a wine tasting over an olive oil tasting but that's just because I'm South African.

Our driver Michael was the promt, friendly, knowledgeable and the best tour guide we could have asked for. The car was very comfortable and their was plenty of cold water. He knew everything about Crete and its history. The lunch was delicious. He made us feel like family. I highly recommend this tour.

We actually did two tours with this company this week. We did Knossos Palace tour with Costas and today we did Spinalonga with Michael. Both days have been wonderful. Two very knowledgeable guides emercing us in their knowledge of Crete both modern and historic. As we drove around both guides provided cold water and air-conditioning in clean luxurious vehicles. We enjoyed the Olive Factory and Olive tasting. We also loved the pottery factory. My daughter (age 12) got the opportunity to throw her own pottery. Each tour then took us to a local taverna where we sampled local cuisine that was superb. Fire-grilled sheep, goat, meatballs, and tasziki Along with Greek salad and local wines and Raki. I can not recommend these highly enough. Fabulous days both of them. Thank You!
