What To Expect
Kompong Phluk
Take a half-day tour by comfortable mini-van and motorized boat. Float alongside homes, shops, and schools on this interactive Kompong Phluk tour. Optionally, take a rowing boat ride around the flooded forest.
We don't visit the primiary school of Rolous however we will visit the rolous market that is next door to the school. Travelers will wander through the market and learn of how villagers sell their homegrown produce here.

5.00Sam was such a wonderful tour guide! We had a blast learning all the information about the village. The ability to visit someone’s home was special. We did take the extra boat tour option which was $11 for 2. Highly recommend because it’s adorable to see the fun trees.

5.00The half-day tour to Kompong Phluk was a real highlight. Super organized, just the right length and really impressive – the floating village gives an authentic insight into local life without feeling like a typical touri show. Our guide Sam was great: very friendly, extremely well informed and explained everything understandably and relaxed. You immediately notice that he has experience and is passionate about it. On site, there is also the option of a private boat tour (2 people) through the mangrove forest for $11 per person, where you can paddle – highly recommended. We were on the sunset tour and the atmosphere in the evening was really beautiful. Overall a clear recommendation – I would book again anytime.

5.00We absolutely loved this tour! Ry was super friendly and very informative. The tour showed another side of Cambodia that a lot of people probably don’t know exists. The sunset on the lake was also beautiful. The people of Cambodia are so friendly, would do this tour again!
