What To Expect
Kompong Phluk
Take a half-day tour by comfortable mini-van and motorized boat. Float alongside homes, shops, and schools on this interactive Kompong Phluk tour. Optionally, take a rowing boat ride around the flooded forest.
We don't visit the primiary school of Rolous however we will visit the rolous market that is next door to the school. Travelers will wander through the market and learn of how villagers sell their homegrown produce here.

5.00What an amazing experience, especially thanks to our guide, TOLA. You really want to book and get TOLA as your guide. He knocked it out of the park with his wife knowledge, professionalism, and great English skills. This tour includes a few things. You get a drive through a village and the countryside, as well as the "floating village" (houses on stilts), and then the freshwater lake itself Tonlé Sap for sunset. This was my first OMG experience in Cambodia. It's very different than Angkor Wat but striking and gorgeous in its own ways. Sunset on the lake is one of the most beautiful things I've seen in a long time, and I have traveled a lot. Learning about the livelihoods, histories, and economy of the fishermen and villages was very enlightening and rewarding.

5.00Excellent tour with our wonderful tour guide, Tola. This day was well organized, informative and fun! We loved the tour of the Kampong Phluk floating village and although there were a lot of other row boats, I found the ride through the mangroves magical. And of course watching the sun set over Tonle Sap from our boat was an experience we won’t forget. Our guide Tola explained so much with great knowledge and really cared about our experience. Highly recommend.
