5.00Everything went well. Great communication from the time of booking until we got there. Driver let us know where he was and was waiting with a sign. He welcomed us to Krakow and led us to the van where he had waters for us. Nice drive to our place, pointing out sites. The van was a nice Mercedes, but it was a white taxi rather than a black car-type experience. All was good - very pleased and will use them again.
