What To Expect
Airport Pick Up Information • Free Waiting Time: The driver will wait for up to 60 minutes after your flight's arrival/desired pick up time • If you booked a car or van (up to group of 7), there will be a representative hold a sign IVY at the Arrival Gate with your name on it. The representative will then call the driver when you have arrived and guide your way to reach the driver • Drop-offs are only for hotels/ residents within Kuala Lumpur city only

5.00Signage with your name posted immediately outside the customs declaration exit (not at a coffee shop as noted in the site posting). A bustling place, so be sure to look carefully as soon as you leave for your name and destination on a placard among the 100 or so other postings. Short walk to the car and a comfortable ride to the hotel

5.00Great airport transfer service from Thiaga! He was so friendly, kind and helpful to us and the long drive was comfortable and safe for us. Even 2 days before our transfer, he had already sent clear instructions on how to get to him (with pictures) to make sure our journey to spot him and the car at the airport, on the day of, would be smooth and seamless! Definitely worth the money! The van was big and spacious for my family and I (7 pax, 15 suitcases).
