No eating or drinking is allowed inside the car/van/buses. Food can easily become messy, or someone might bump into you, having you spill your drink or squash your food, letting it fall to the floor.

During major festivals, there will be road closures and traffic jams. The return journey can only be sent to the drop-off point closest to the hotel according to the road conditions that day. The specific location will be determined by the driver at that time. We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you.

For pick up from out of coverage area, a surcharge at least RM50/car applied (surcharge rate and pick up time shall defined by pick up location), surcharge to be paid directly to the driver in cash

5.00We took the KL Grand 25 Attraction Guided Tour (Shared Tour) on June 1st, and the experience was brilliant from the very start. Due to a late booking, I was supposed to head to the general gathering point. But after letting Chandran know which hotel I was at, he proactively arranged to pick me up directly. Such a thoughtful and appreciated gesture!. Throughout the day, Chandran did a fantastic job explaining the history and culture of the city, and our captain, Dollah, ensured every ride between the 25 stops was smooth and safe. They handled this packed itinerary with true professionalism. Thank you, Chandran and Dollah, for a great day in KL!
