As well as having a fun personality and aligning his narratives to his perception of the values I hold, he was extremely knowledgeable about KL (and other things) and the hour for the airport transfer positively flew by. He was proactive in contacting me and managed the entire process extremely well. I feel very fortunate to have been transferred from airport to hotel by Kimber. Easily 5 stars.
