Great day trip! This tour takes you to see a different side of Malaysia, one less hustle and bustle than KL. Our guide, Kugan, was entertaining organized and punctual. His descriptions about life and customs in Malaysia were informative and humorous. Maleka is definitely worth a visit and the river cruise allows you to see so much vibrant street art. My favorite part was probably the last part of the day where I could wander into random shops. I picked up a few art pieces and was exposed to many kore vendors. From a practical standpoint, the vehicle was clean and safe-great driver as well. And everything followed the schedule except a few guests who were repeatedly late (20+ minutes). But that's not the fault of the guides.

I had an incredible time on the Malacca Day trip. Our guide Kugan was very knowledgeable and also communicated well. The coach transport too and from Malacca was very nice. And I felt the tour was wonderful value. Malacca itself is such a beautiful city with much to see and I’m glad I did this trip.

No was an exceptional guide. His passion for the history of Malacca was clear as he guided us around. The trip itself was fantastic due to Mo’s knowledge. At all times of the day he ensured we were looked after. A very informative interesting day.

We had a fantastic day that started with the river tour. It was short but sweet, the location was beautiful and we saw a few monitor lizards so that was cool. Douglas, our guide, was very knowledgeable throughout the historical tour and our lunch was absolutely plentiful & delicious! It was a 11.5 hr day by the time we got back to KL but so worth it!

It is a very long, very hot day, though we did do everything on the itinerary. Douglas gave a very thorough commentary and did his best to lift flagging spirits in the heat. The included lunch was very good. The traffic in KL when we returned was ridiculous and that part of the journey actually took the longest.
Ridiculous scam pickup tour that doesn't pick up customers at assigned time.

Travelers SHOULD NOT sign up for this tour. This is totally RIDICULOUS. I will file a complain report to the Consumer Affairs. I waited in my assigned pickup location (right in front of my hotel as assigned so I could not have missed the bus at the assigned time) HALF an hour prior to my assigned pickup time (8am) and did not see the pickup bus. I messaged the tour operator at around 8:20am. The tour operator replied AFTER half an hour and said they had proceeded the tour without me. This ruined the whole experience for my trip. So, here is what I will do: (1) File a complain to the Consumer Affair about this ridiculous service, (2) Request a full refund of this tour, and (3) I will likely not consider using this service any more going forward (for any trips) and will tell all my friends not to consider using this service also.

I paid for a premier excursion but that was scam because people who paid for standard were on this same excursion.The transport was pathetic,a mini van with no suspension.The driver was going over the speed ramps at a speed where we on back seat were 2 feet in the air at times.The guide Kugan was knowledgeable and the only good thing about this excursion.No way would I recommend it.No way

Douglas served as a wonderful and extremely knowledgeable tour guide. The Malacca River boat ride served as a great introduction to the more in depth visit of various sites in this historical city.

We had a wonderful experience on the Kuala Lumpur Malacca River Cruise and Historical Tour with Lunch, and Mr. Yoga was an excellent guide. He was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable throughout the entire trip. He made the journey comfortable and shared many interesting facts about Malacca’s history, culture, and landmarks, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Mr. Yoga was also very attentive and made sure everyone was having a good time. The tour was well organized, and we never felt rushed. The Malacca River cruise was beautiful and definitely a highlight of the day. Thank you, Mr. Yoga, for making our visit to Malacca such a memorable experience. We highly recommend this tour and especially Mr. Yoga as a guide!
