Join us for a relaxed walking tour through the vibrant center and charming Old Town of Kutaisi.
We begin at the iconic white columns near the Meskhishvili Theatre and stroll down historic Rustaveli Street to the scenic White Bridge. Along the way, enjoy a fresh Georgian pretzel from a local bakery — a tasty bite of daily life.
We'll explore the bustling Green Bazaar, where locals trade fresh produce, spices, and homemade goods, and walk across the Chain Bridge with views of the Rioni River.
The tour ends at the foot of the steps to Bagrati Cathedral, which you’re free to visit afterward.
Your local guide will share stories about Kutaisi’s history, culture, and everyday life, along with personal tips on the best spots to eat, drink, and explore. It’s the perfect experience for first-time visitors who want to see the real Kutaisi — not just the sights, but the soul of the city.

The fountain was created by Georgian architect David Gogichaishvili and opened in May 2012.

The theater was originally founded in 1861 as a dramatic troupe in Kutaisi, marking the beginning of professional theater in western Georgia. Lika was a great guide, she told us a lot of stories about Georgia and mainly Kutaisi, some was personal which i appreciate a lot. We know about the history, culture, gastronomy a lot by Lika, and we have got a colourful picture of Georgian people life. We were only 2 and Lika, so that tour was extremly personal. I truly recommend it. Next time we will try the other tour with Lika.

A very good tour in Kutaisi. The guide, Davit, explains the history of the city, other regions and the country very well. As well as any advice or question do you have about the city or the culture He will also take you to try some typical snacks, adding a different style to the tour.
