  I had an amazing experience on a super trip to Kyoto! Our guide, Raffael, was fantastic—funny and open-minded. He created a warm, familial atmosphere, which made the tour even more enjoyable.   Raphael spent the whole day with us and it was great! He picked us up at the hotel and took us to Kyoto without any problems. Since we are not long in Japan he has put together a tour where we can see a lot. It was definitely worth it. He is very friendly, accommodating, chatty and helpful.   We had a really great time with Raphael. From the very beginning he has responded to all our wishes and has really made everything possible, totally uncomplicated and relaxed. You never had the feeling that anything was difficult, on the contrary, he always found solutions and exuded an incredibly pleasant calm. You immediately notice that he not only has a huge talent for photography, but is also simply a super personable person. With his humorous manner, the mood was relaxed and relaxed all the time, not stiff at all or businesslike in any way. It felt more like we were out with a friend, which made the whole thing special for us. We were also impressed by his local knowledge. He knows not only the well-known beautiful places, but also many hidden spots and shortcuts that you would never have found on your own. In addition, he tells small stories or interesting information about many places, which made the experience even more personal. We felt very comfortable throughout and were always in good hands. That's exactly how you imagine something like this, relaxed, professional and personal at the same time. We would do it the same way at any time and can really recommend Raphael from the heart.

  We went on a day tour of Kyoto with a friend and it was a fantastic experience. The trip to Shinkansen was very comfortable and made the day even more special. Raffaele was really nice, very friendly and always available. He explained a lot about Japanese culture in a simple and interesting way. The tour was well organized and never boring.   This was a fast paced one day tour, but we were able to visit Kyoto’s main highlights very efficiently, which made it extremely satisfying. We enjoyed strolling around and trying local street food along the way. Personally, Kiyomizu-dera was absolutely breathtaking. Although we couldn’t see the autumn leaves this time, it made me want to come back again during the fall season. The guide also provided hotel pickup and drop off, which made the day feel very smooth and stress-free. We walked a lot throughout the day, but it was completely worth it and I was very happy with the experience.
