What To Expect
Please enjoy strolling around the streets of Kyoto in a yukata (kimono). Kiyomizu-dera Temple is about a 3-minute walk away, and many other sightseeing spots are within walking distance. Ninenzaka, Sannenzaka, Kodaiji Temple, Yasaka Five-storied Pagoda, Yasaka Koshindo, Yasaka Shrine, Hanamikoji, Kenninji Temple, etc. It is dotted with famous spots in Kyoto. There is also a plan where you can ride a rickshaw for an additional fee, so please come by all means.

5.00We did a short photoshoot for the family (2 parents, 2 teenagers) in traditional Japanese clothing and setting (studio). For about 100 euros you get the kimono rental for 4 people and 2 selected and retouched photos A5 printed and these 2 photos sent digitally. You need about 1 hour in total of which about 15 min with the professional photographer. Really worth a visit for a nice and original souvenir of Japan. Very close to the Temple Kiyomizu-dera. You need to make a reservation ahead: maiko.shikikyoto@gmail.com English so and so but nice and friendly.
