The instructor gave a lesson about the significance of the tea ceremony and a demonstration. She served us fancy mochi and made us each some tea. Then we had an opportunity to make our own matcha. She was friendly and answered questions. It felt like a place of calmness in the middle of our busy day.

Amazing tea ceremony experience. This was my first time trying matcha and I loved how smooth it tasted. The host educated us on the evolution of tea ceremony before beginning with the ceremony. The sweets were too beautiful to eat, but once eaten it was delicious!
