My wife and 2 teenage kids had a great experience on this food tour. Takuma was very knowledgeable and kind. You better come hungry for this one. There was so much food included in the tour no one left hungry. It was also nice having a guide for this tour due to the fact that there were some different rules in this market than other we have been to before. One was that you were supposed to eat inside the area where you purchased the food.

This was a great food and history tour with Takuma. We got good information about the history of Kyoto and the Geishq districts and great food choices at the Nishiki Market. Takuma was knowledgeable, friendly and engaging and he managed the group very well. Highly recommended.
