5.00Amazing! Such engaging people and conversations, plus food was amazing! Tried traditional dishes I’ve seen and heard about and after this tour, I can say that I’ve tried much more Japanese food, making me appreciate the cuisine even more!

5.00We had a wonderful tour with Kazue of Nishiki Market. She was very informative and helped us navigate a very busy market. We tried things we wouldn’t have otherwise pickers ourselves. Delicious!

5.00Kosuke was very cool and incredibly knowledgeable on not just food but also told us some Japanese history which was really interesting! As well as teaching us some fun Japanese phrases for future use, THANK YOU! LOVLEY experience. Atmosphere was nicely aesthetic too!!!

5.00Kosuke was a brilliant guide, he took us to some amazing food spots and taught us lots of interesting things about Japanese language, its etymology, and Japan’s history. We’d even had some extra budget left over so he took us to a bonus food place! A wonderful experience with an amazing guide.

5.00Simply an amazing experience. All of the places in the market we ate from were phenomenal, along with being provided great info about the culture of Kyoto. Kosuke “Joel” was an amazing tour guide and provided us a nice a light experience through the whole thing. Additionally he provided our party with more food spots in Kyoto and Osaka. In other words, this tour was great and I’d absolutely recommend trying this tour.

5.00We enjoyed this guided tour given by the sympathetic and knowledgeable Kazu. First we visited the historic part of Kyoto, with a lot of interesting information about the river, the Tori, the customs, the origin of the covered market, ... Then Kazu introduced us to some 7 typical regional dishes, accompanied by the necessary information. We were very excited about the guide. So one tip: if you wish to book this tour, be sure to ask for Kazu. You will discover Kyoto in a very nice way!
