What To Expect
Goa Batu Cermin
Mirror Stone Cave or locally referred to as Goa Batu Cermin. The cave earns its name from the walls that sparkle when catching the morning sun through a crevice in the roof. The sparkling occurs because the cave walls contain salt, believed to be present from when the cave was presumed to be underwater thousands of years ago. Corals and fossils of marine animals have been found in the cave walls supporting the presumption that the district was once underwater. Note: Goa Batu Cermin is temporarily closed. An alternative will be offered
Amelia Sea Hill
Amelia sea view in the outskirts of Labuan Bajo, Amelia Sea view is made up of rolling dried hills overlooking the surrounding bays of Labuan Bajo. Offering breath-taking views of tropical rain forests, rugged landscapes.

5.00Ok let me start by saying how helpful the team at Explorcation were. My flight was delayed so I was arriving in Labuan a day late. I whatsapped Explorcation and the without hesitation moved the date of my excursion and offered to collect us from airport, with all our luggage, done the day, then dropped us off at the hotel afterwards We started the day with a prompt collection. The tour is private so just my husband and I, a guide and a driver. Our order of schedule was slightly different to advertised. We started with a quick photo stop at the viewpoint. We next headed to batu cermin cave. You have another guide show you around the cave with fossils and history. Unfortunately, we were too early to see the mirror effect. However we still thoroughly enjoyed it as we love geology. We then get a boat over to rangok . We swam inside the lake in the cave and absolutely loved it. There were quite a few tourists when We arrived but once they left we had about 15 mins to ourselves. We then had some time on the beach and swimming in the sea. Our guide was lovely, super helpful. He never rushed us at all. We could safely leave our luggage in the car with the driver. We opted to not stop for lunch as we weren’t hungry and after 3 days of travelling wanted to go to our hotel. This was a great start to our Indonesian trip
