  So Disappointed. We could not find the pick up location. The instructions were unclear. I am going to request a refund since we couldn’t find the pick up location, and when I tried calling there wasn’t a human to talk with.

• The Trolley is Free And Not Affiliated With The Tour

  The tour is named Paradise TROLLEY Tour. I assumed the trolley was affiliated with the tour company so we could just go to the intersection indicated and there would be a kiosk or a representative that would give us a ticket to use the trolley. Nope. I have never even heard of a free trolley. When I turned the app on, there was one or two questions to get started. One of the questions was how would I like to travel? Drive or Walk? TROLLEY!!! Like the name says, I want to take the trolley! But there was no option for Trolley. I entered Walk just to keep moving. I had read that if you want to skip a stop just press the push pin to where you want to go. We were lost because we had a parking spot further south than the first beach. I pressed the first push pin, nothing happened but I lost the ability to press that push pin again. We lost the first two stops that way, Eventually, we found a trolley map and figured out that it is a free trolley complements of Laguna Beach. By then, at least a half hour of our three and a half hour time limit was used up. We hopped on one trolley, showed the driver where we wanted to go (the next beach) and he had no idea where it was. We got off the trolley. We ended up walking it, but only about 4 miles. Our time was about up anyways. Since the trolley is free anyways as was the map, we paid $25.00 pp for an audio that described the cove/beach/park assuming you could get there! The app experience was worth about $5.00. Very disappointed in tour operator.

  Such a lovely experience, trolley is so cute. Stops at the best stops of Laguna and the app has all the info- fun!

  It was very bad. The app stop to guid us after the first point that we had reach, which it was one of seven points that we must to reach.

  In purchasing the tickets, we arrived at our destination to take a tour and we’re giving four sites to meet with a tour guide. Of those locations two did not exist. One was a very place and after trying to contact via the messenger to talk to someone about this, never got a response so basically lost money last time and the ability to take a tour.

  Interesting tour highlighting the best beaches in Laguna. I think it would have been more helpful if the instructions to me would have told me to listen to the place I'm headed before getting there. That way I'd know exactly where to walk and how many places there are at that stop. I could have done without the music and the talking seemed AI according to my hubby. We never would have seen some of those beaches, though, without taking the tour. You will definitely need more than 2-4 hours if you plan on getting in the water. The tour link/audio expires, but we took screenshots of the locations/stops and did this over 2 days.

  This is a self guided tour with the app, and its quite nice. We enjoyed using the app to explore the neighborhood, and the trolley was available throughout the day. Fun!

  The "Laguna Beach Paradise Trolley Tour" is not actually a tour. It is a free trolley provided by the city and a "Pintours" app that you can download. This experience should not be offered. Avoid!

  Laguna Beach is beautiful and we going hidden treasure like the Orange Inn for breakfast but the instructions were confusing and we had a hard time confirming start times. The trolley driver stopped but when I said hold on my son is coming- he took off. We ended up driving our car.
