It is a very safe, freshwater lake.

We will visit the best part of the lake,

and we will enjoy the water at the beach.

We will drive there in an air-conditioned car.

You get your own private guide,

who has 10 years of experience at the lake,

so they provide you with all of the information you need,

and they help you have a really good experience at Lake Balaton.

The tour is about usually between 6 and 8 hours long.

What To Expect

Lake Balaton is the most beautiful region in Hungary, outside Budapest. It is Hungary's version of Provance or Tuscany. We make a short visit to the most beautiful village in the country with century-old whitewashed houses. Then we go swimming or bathing in the lake. We can eat at the beach, or go to a restaurant before or after the beach activities. The driving time is about 90 minutes. We arrive at the village after crossing the lake with a ferry (together with the car). Please bring a bathing suit. Beach slippers are useful but not necessary. We can provide towels if you don't bring them.
