Inclusive trip to Lake Bled

4.00Our trip was well organised and Lake Bled was beautiful, so well worth a visit. Our trip was inclusive of a boat trip and entrance to the Castle, which whilst was cheaper than doing it separately, we would have preferred to just take the time to walk around the lake, it is only 6km. We couldn’t hear the guide on our minibus (despite everyone raising it a number of times) so missed details about Slovenia, which was a shame.

5.00Had a great morning seeing the castle and crossing Lake Bled to the island. We picked this tour as it had all that we wanted to do included in the price and when we worked it out it was cheaper than the other tours and then adding on the extras. The guide was very friendly and knowledgeable (even when being asked about fishing by my husband). It was a small group, so easier to hear and ask questions! Even the guy rowing the boat was answering questions and having a laugh with us. The views were awesome!!!!

5.00What a beautiful day, all inclusive, on and around Lake Bled. The guide was very friendly, pleasant and complete in his explanations. All inclusive: boat ride on the small island, visit the castle, cake share. And of course the round trip from Ljubljana, which proved very convenient.

5.00Had an amazing time exploring Lake Bled and Bled Castle! The views were absolutely breathtaking, and the peaceful atmosphere made it feel like something out of a fairytale. The castle itself was full of history and offered stunning panoramic views of the lake. Everything about the tour was well-organised and enjoyable.

5.00We had a lovely afternoon in the capable hands of Rocco. Tour was exactly as described, glad we booked the all inclusive option as we didn’t have any unexpected extra costs to pay. We were lucky as it was a quiet afternoon at the lake and the sun came out. The views from the castle are stunning and the cream cake a tasty treat. A great and memorable experience.

5.00We weren't rushed, and sites where wonderful. The guide was great, knowledgeable and gave us plenty of opportunities to stop and see things. It is worth paying for everything because you will want to see them all. The cake was great as well

4.00Fantastic full-day tour that ticks most of the boxes for a memorable Lake Bled experience. We visited Bled Castle, took a Pletna boat ride to the island, and spent quality time exploring the lakeside scenery. The iconic Bled cream cake at the castle restaurant was included in the price and comes with a stunning view over the lake — a real highlight. The guide was a standout: knowledgeable not only about Lake Bled’s history and attractions, but also about Slovenian traditions and the area around Ljubljana. Their personal stories about growing up near the mountains brought a warm, local flavour to the trip. Transport was comfortable and punctual — a big, clean van that got us where we needed to go without stress. The group size (about eight plus the guide) felt social without being too crowded, and it was easy to chat with fellow travellers along the way. A couple of areas could’ve been clearer: The meeting point description (“outside of city hotel Ljubljana”) could have been more specific, which would help avoid any last-minute stress about missing the group. Access to some parts of the island — like the church tower and wishing bell — wasn’t included in the tour price, which wasn’t fully clear upfront. It’s a nice experience if you choose to pay extra, but it would’ve been helpful to know that in advance. Overall this was excellent value for £97. Well organised, enjoyable, and with genuine local insight — definitely recommended if you want a seamless way to experience Lake Bled in a day from Ljubljana.

5.00It was a great tour , in a nice small group. Mia the tour operator was welcoming , friendly, funny and informative . The early start was good as we got to lake Bled first and enjoyed a lovely quiet boat trip and time on the island, others arriving as we left. It was nice to sit and have cream cake on the island and chat with others on the tour . Such a beautiful tranquil place and keen to go back .
