we will pick you up from you hotel very early around 6 am. to take you to the bus station to take you Touristic bus that it will take you to Puno city, along the ride you will have few stops to see some attractions like Andahuaylillas Church, Racchi inka site, Pucara temple and enjoy the beautiful landscape of the altiplano and half way enjoy your lunch included , finally you will arrive to puno and then you will have a transfer to Pick you up and drive you to your hotel in Puno Center, easy to wander and find a nice restaurant to get some dinner.

Uros Floating Islands

You will enjoy a motorboat tour of the lake Titicaca this morning, making a stop at the floating Uros Islands. The islands are made of numerous layers of totora reeds that grow in the lake’s shallows and were built by the Uros people hundreds of years ago to defend themselves against invading Inca armies. A homestay in a local community will give you a closer look at modern life along the lake’s edges.Assist your host family with everyday tasks, practice a few Quechua words, and perhaps even play a game of volleyball with the locals to meet people. Your hosts will prepare a feast full of traditional Peruvian favorites for you to enjoy tonight as you sit down and share stories. Also you will have the optional activity to get in a kayak in the lake Titicaca near to your home stay, but please you must inform us in advance to arrange this extra activity with your host family.

Taquile Island

After breakfast this morning, take another motorboat excursion to Taquile Island, which is well-known for the elaborate hand-knitted textiles made by the residents. Here, spinning is done by women while knitting is exclusively done by males. It’s a terrific location to get fine, regionally knitted items, and you can also help out the neighborhood. After that, go for an hour upward to the island’s main center, where you may buy handicrafts and get your included lunch. After that, go down roughly 500 stairs to the boat. When you get back to Puno, you might want to explore the town and find a nice and warm place to get some dinner.
