1.00Your company (memory tours) didn’t respond to well to messages or communications. We had no idea of the meetup place so we ended up having to purchase new tickets just for the Buddha

5.00We met at Hong Kong station n took train to Tung Chung station then up a public bus 45 mins scenic winding route to board the ferry which is a cute traditional sampan. I love the sampan ride windy swaying but fun! It was a beautiful sight entering tai o by sea . Behold the old wooden houses on barnacles clad stilts with the mountains behind it. If you come by bus you will miss this. We disembarked for a 20 min roam in the market. I gobbled 2 fish balls n 2 mochi v tasty street food. Then we took public bus again up to Ngong Ping village n temple which are besides each other. It was windy up there but so refreshing. We were offered temple cooked vegetarian lunch set at 80hkd. But at Ngong Ping village there are many other food options for lunch. They WhatsApp the cable car QR code to u so u could depart at yr own timing. I skipped the temple visit n took cable car down on my own. The ride was worth every penny! The views were fantastic unblocked 360 deg of the mountains and the sea! It ends at Tung Chung MTR station area with adjacent city gate outlet with all the major sports brands and a Bakehouse with great coffee n bakes! From Tung Chung MTR you can easily return to city via the train.

5.00Eva was a brilliant tour guide, very friendly, funny and informative. The tour was varied with lots to see and do and exceeded our expectations. Well worth the money. Big Buddha and the monastery is well worth the visit, you can also have a go at the calligraphy free of charge. The cable car down is a lovely way to end the trip with magnificent views and the nice thing is with this tour is that the ticket you get is for the Crystal line so you don’t have to queue up (just like a fast track)

5.00Simply awesome experience. Our guide Lok Lok was very informative and took very good care of us during our tour. We felt at home while she took us around places to Lantau island and also distributed snacks and water bottles as well. She advised at every spot what needs to be done and what needs to be looked at.
