  Fun way to spend a day outside of Hong Kong. Trip to the fishing village shows you a whole other side to life in Hong Kong and cable car ride down from the Big Buddha is terrific!

  The trip was great fun. Lots to see. Tai O village was interesting, looking at the houses and understanding how the locals make a living. The bridge to Macau seen from the boat was awesome. Big Buddha and the cable car at the end of the trip was really great. Grace the tour guide was a force of energy and added some real humour in her delivery of information. This review gets 4/5 because we paid extra to see the dolphins and this seemed unlikely from the very start of the day. Also the cost of the cable car was not included in the price and this was not made clear at the point of booking. Altogether though a great day out.

• Great sights but lack of communication. .

  Great experience throughout the tour. BUT, lack of communication locating tour. Meeting place was an MTR station which are huge. Our hotel concierge called and was given exit E at MTR. Better but still a huge area with multiple levels. Finally called again and got more details of meeting point. Then tour guide said tour was full and we weren’t on the list. She failed to contact a second guide who was in the same meeting point for us. Eventually our guide did connect with us. Only other complaint was a light lunch was included yet we were never offered any beverages with our mini lunch when other groups had water or soda.

  Fab experience with an even more fabulous guide. Angie was great and a joy to have around. This was our 3rd tour with this company and all trips were outstanding.
