Fast service. Clean and on time

5.00We booked several months ahead and worried about why the tickets never arrived. Apparently it normal for them to be issued a few days before travel. The service was on time, reserved seats and it was cool and clean on board. There is very limited storage for large bags The station doesn't open until 7am so dont arrive too early.
Would definitely come back!

4.00Well maintained stations except the bathrooms could be much better. Expect some delays after you purchase tickets online, two of the three rides were delayed over two hours from what was scheduled when purchasing tickets.

5.00A good and worry-free way to catch train tickets for the Lao High Speed Line (LCR). The team takes care of everything (we can't make an online reservation for this railway!) and sends you the tickets through whatsapp, it's really time saved compared to the face-to-face subscription.

5.00We got picked up at the Vientiane airport and a couple of days later got dropped off at the Railway station. Train tickets to Luang Prabhnag were also handled by BCFamily Tour. All done with great efficiency and timely communication. I was a bit apprehensive before arriving at the airport. But the driver was waiting for us with a sign. He guided us through getting a SIM card and cash, drove us safely to the hotel. He also dropped us off at the railway station. All very seamless and done well.
