An absolute amazing day with our guide Tom to share his love and knowledge of Lark’s gorgeous whiskey it has to offer. Tom took us on a journey throughout the property and showed us the ins and outs of what it is to make whiskey at Lark. If you coming to Tasmania please this is must to add onto your bucket list. Thanks Tom Regards Matt and Stacey

I visited whilst on holiday in Tasmania and was not disappointed. The Staff and Guides were very informative about telling the story of Lark Distilling not just from the start of its Distilling History, but the History of the Culture and people who inherited and inhibited the land. A great tour highlighting the Grain to Glass perspective of what it takes to make a good Tasmanian Single Malt Whisky, through tastings as you are guided through the Process and Production. Highly recommend the Dark Lark for its Smooth Flavor.
