Due to comfort and weight / balance of the aircraft, passengers weighing over 250 Lbs (112 kg/ 17.9 stone) will be required to purchase an additional seat. This is payable directly to the tour operator on the day of the tour. The flight is NOT private unless 6 seats are purchased.

In the interests of comfort and safety, passengers weighing between 250 Lbs (112 kg/17.9 stone) and 375 Lbs (170 kg/26.5 stones) will be required to purchase an additional seat. This is payable directly to the tour operator on the day of the tour. Note that the maximum allowable body weight on the helicopter is 375 Lbs (170 kg/26.5 stones).

The flight is NOT private unless 6 seats are purchased. The helicopter may have up to 6 passengers plus the pilot onboard.

If you select the Pampas Brazilian Grille dinner option, you will need to make your own way to the restaurant. Transport will be provided from Pampas restaurant to the heliport and back to your hotel
If you select the Pampas Brazilian Gille dinner option, the reservation time for your dinner is 6pm. You can then choose your flight time at the time of booking
You are required to present a valid government issued identification at the time of checkin.
Physically challenged passengers must be accompanied by an able bodied person capable of lifting the physically challenged person at least 48 inches into the helicopter.
Valid Government ID is required to board the flight. ID must match the names on your Viator ticket. It is a Federal crime to board an FAA Approved air carrier with a fraudulent ID.
All helicopter tours depart from 5596 Haven Street, Las Vegas, Nevada 89119.

1.00I booked this tour through a travel agency and paid 100% of the value for my friend and me by card, several hours before the flight. Upon arrival, an employee asked me to show her the physical card. I explained that I only had the digital version, but the payment was correctly listed in the system. Even so, they told me they were going to cancel the purchase and find another means of payment. The most serious thing is that they never cancelled the original card payment and, in addition, charged me again on the spot, keeping both amounts. I consider this situation totally irregular and not transparent. In addition, they do not allow you to take photos on the runway, which is very disappointing, since that moment is as special as the helicopter flight itself. I do not recommend it at all. Very poor organization and unprofessional treatment.

5.00Staff were great and efficient. There was a wind warning the day of flying but it was so smooth and the staff were very reassuring through WhatsApp! Crowd size was 6 in a helicopter which was grand and not over crowded. Length of visit between checking in, flying and checking out was no more than a half an hour but so worth it. We were up in the air for 15 minutes and got a full view of the stop back and forth from the Strat Hotel.
Bucket list for the wife. 1st helicopter ride!

4.00Very nice trip, seemed too short (don't they all?). I would recommend music during the trip down the strip (Elvis "Viva Las Vegas" as a suggestion, I'm sure every Vegas resident is tired of it though 😁).
