Everything very well just don't let you take pictures of yourself under the helicopter only the ones you have to buy and I think you go with the experience of living and capturing those beautiful moments but from there on everything very well, super friendly and very nice experience

I'm Las Vegas local and I booked an evening flight over the Las Vegas Strip/downtown with my nephew and it was our first time on helicopter. The experience was remarkable from booking to purchasing the photo at the end. We were able to upgrade to sit in front seats which gave stunning views. The staff in the terminal made it easy and kept us safe. Our pilot. (blonde female) had a great playlist and delivered a smooth flight throughout. Your staff uses Panasonic micro 4/3 Cameras (I do as well) and I highly recommend the Panasonic 12-35 lens. I own one and it has a permanent place in my camera bag. Though not the cheapest lens it's worth the expense. 😊 Thanks for the great experience! Jesse Starks

Having been fortunate enough to have experienced helicopter flights over a few different cities, I knew what sort of experience to expect…but boy, was I wrong! This was one of the most terrifying and traumatic experiences of my life. During the flight, on more than one occasion the pilot, without any commentary or warning, would ‘nose-dive’ the helicopter directly towards hotels/buildings only to pull up at the last moment. On other occasions he would seemingly ‘stall’ the helicopter so that it literally began to ‘fall out of the sky’ and drop vertically towards the ground. Make no mistake, this was not down to air currents/turbulence - the pilot was grinning as he attempted these ‘Top Gun’ manoeuvres. Frankly, the whole flight experience was absolutely terrifying. It is not an exaggeration to say that we thought we might die. I know this is Las Vegas - so whether this risk taking is company policy, or whether we just got unlucky with a maverick pilot, the whole flight experience was more like a very dangerous ‘rollercoaster without rails’ in the sky, rather than a smooth scenic sight-seeing tour. If you like scary white-knuckle rides and living on the edge, then go ahead and book. On the other hand, if you value your life then stay well clear.

We literally have just been on the trip this evening and we had to give a review straight away as we had an amazing time and can’t praise the staff enough! Our son was a bit scared and apprehensive on going on the helicopter, but the staff were amazing and helped him get over the fear and once we took off we he loved it!! All the staff were friendly, from the driver who picked us up, to the staff who checked us in to the pilot who must do the trip numerous times a day but makes sure the experience is special for those who are on the flight! You can’t take pictures on the ride to the helicopter, however once in there you can take as many videos/pictures you like! There is a short safety video to watch as well before you go up. Our ride was at the front of the helicopter and even though this was my first time in one, I felt it added to the overall experience as you have a complete view of the strip! Helicopters are loud!!! But the headphones you have on cancel out the noise and you can speak to others on the flight as well! Big shout out to the gentleman in the picture below who helped my son (sorry I didn’t get your name). I will definitely do another experience, probably Grand Canyon when I come back to Vegas with Papillon!

It is impossible to contact the agency by phone to confirm the flight 24 hours in advance, so we decide to go there to ensure that our flight is maintained. We get to the agency by our own means, we run into a Welcoming Secretary. We explain the problem to her, she does not try to understand the phone problem.. she takes into account the confirmation for the flight thanks to our presence. We return at the end of the day for our night flight, after having read the safety rules and a small photo taken by the agency the pilot places us in the helicopter according to the weight of each. We take off, being placed in front of the view is superb, we take full eyes. The flight lasts 10min, a return trip quickly adjusted. No interaction with the pilot, we were not there for that but it's a shame. We return to the airport, and there, tourist trap, since the photos are for sale at $28 per unit! Of course, considering the price of the flight, the souvenir photo makes you want to.. especially when we are there with friends. No commercial gesture, the photo could be offered! Especially when you have a second flight scheduled 2 days later at the Grand Canyon! In short we explain, the refusal is categorical and the exposed photo thrown in the garbage! What a shame! I think I'd choose another airline if I had to repeat a flight to Vegas.
