So many chocolate samples! Yum. I liked visiting, but would recommend going anytime other than first thing in the morning. It is very busy! Audio tour is informative and you are able to skip parts if it doesn't interest you. There are some interactive areas for smaller kids too.

Hassle free and great experience. The entry process was smooth and the experience witnessed inside was above expectations. Highly recommend if booking via Viator!

A beautiful museum of chocolate filled with lots of interesting facts and chocolate artifacts. Shows you the process of making chocolate and of course there a few samples as well. I would say it is a bit expensive but worth one time going. The tour takes between 1-2 hours depending on how much you listen to read. The self-guided tour was simple to use.

This was a great opportunity to have the flexibility of time. Our flight in from overseas was late so being able to see the chocolate museum on our own time was perfect.

The Lindt tour was great, but despite the Lindt website showing sold out they did have availability and it is nearly 1/3 of the price compared to Viator.

Excellent, it was worth the money for the last minute ticket. If you can’t find ticket on the main website this one site is worth the deal.

Such an enjoyable experience! We were impressed with the level of interactivity of the exhibits, the museum environment, exceptional guest care and, obviously, the chocolate! Would recommend!

The tour is priced at 3x what you’d pay on the website and if there’s any snags with the booking, Viator’s customer service is nonexistent.

Tickets sold out at Lindt? Here's the safe alternative spontaneously. For three times the price, but sure... BUT: I waited alone outside as a father of 3 children to save money and could 3 hours! Observe that tickets were available at the counter itself at all times (waiting time max 30min) Well, you know before.... We were on vacation the week. It might be different this weekend
