The tour is perfect if you want to immerse yourself in Chilean wine culture for a short time. It is within walking distance, you get to know a beautiful and culturally rich district of Santiago, and you learn about Chile's culinary world. Our guide was very hospitable and did a great job of integrating information about wine culture into the cultural context. He made the tour very informal and also told us about Chilean customs and the various important historical events. Our guide was easy to understand, spoke excellent English, and knew a lot about Chilean history and wine culture. The food and wine were a wonderful taste of how diverse Chile's culinary world is. The restaurants were superbly chosen, we were served very well, and the history of the wines was explained briefly and concisely. The main course was also very good and filling. Overall, we got a nice insight into Chile's diverse culture and were also able to have nice conversations and exchange our own experiences and cultures. I highly recommend this tour!

This tour was a real treat! We walked through the lovely Lastarria neighbourhood and stopped at three restaurants along the way for food and wine. The food was delicious and something a bit more fancy, definitely not your everyday meal. Our guide Esteban knows a LOT and told us everything about Chilean wine culture, traditional seafood and meat dishes and how it even connects to Nobel-prize winning Chilean poetry. The organisers are really friendly and quick to answer. The tour was 3 hours and there was not a boring minute. Even if you're not into wine, the culinary part makes the tour worthwhile. I would suggest to offer options without alcohol for people who are not big on drinking. All in all it's great value for money, definitely go for it if you want to treat yourself to something fancy ;)

This tour is the perfect mix of wine, food, and culture. We learned so much about Chilean traditions, regional flavors, and how the country’s incredible geographic diversity influences its wines and cuisine. Our guide was very knowledgeable and explained everything in a way that felt engaging and easy to follow. We had plenty of time to sit, taste, enjoy, and really take it all in without ever feeling rushed. It was relaxed, authentic, and absolutely worth it. Highly recommend!

The Lastarria Culinary Experience was easily one of the highlights of my time in Santiago. From the moment we arrived, everything felt thoughtfully curated and authentic. The setting in the Lastarria district already creates the perfect atmosphere — vibrant, cultural, and full of life — but what truly elevates this experience is how seamlessly it connects Chilean gastronomy with storytelling. The six wine tastings were exceptional. Each one was carefully selected and introduced in a way that made the experience both approachable and educational, even if you’re not a wine expert. It wasn’t just about tasting — it was about understanding Chile’s wine identity, regions, and traditions. The lunch was equally impressive. Every dish reflected local flavors with a modern touch, and the quality of the ingredients was evident throughout the meal. It felt like a true culinary journey rather than just a tasting session. What stood out the most was the balance between sophistication and warmth. The experience felt premium without being pretentious — welcoming, relaxed, and genuinely enjoyable. If you’re visiting Santiago and want more than just a meal — if you want to feel Chile through its flavors, culture, and hospitality — this experience is absolutely worth it. Highly recommended.
